I opened a support ticket regarding my vServer on September 24th (Ticket ID: NCSUP-1016145). Since it has been over a week without a response, I sent a follow-up message, but unfortunately, I still haven't heard back.

The issue is critical for my workflow, and I would highly appreciate it if someone from the support team or a forum moderator could look into this ticket or escalate it to the technical department.
