10 days ago I ordered a VPS with 1 GB of RAM, but I still haven’t heard anything from them.
This is a joke.
Can't even test the performance within the 14 days cancellation period this way -_-

Hello,
I ordered a 1GB VPS on 14-9-2026, around 14:30. Around 15:00 my order was accepted and I instantly paid the invoice.
Since then (5 days ago) I didn't hear anything from Netcup. I have no server, no expected delivery, no updates, nothing... only one invoice in the CCP that is marked as paid.
Is this normal? How long does it usually take for them to deliver paid services?
I don't need the server ASAP, that's not it, but an update would be nice. Like some information banner on the CCP with for example:
"Your ordered VPS is being processed.. this can take up to X days."
My 'Products' page in the CCP is empty. Kinda feels like they forgot me
