As the other poster said, you'll get an email on NBD, it's the weekend. It was somewhat unusual for me when I first used the service, I had to wait a day or so. Given how other providers are, I hadn't experience this. After that setup process it's been great. You also seem to get real people when you email and when they send you the login info. It's worth the wait.
