My server was suspended due to high SSD/disk usage, and I have already submitted a support ticket regarding this issue.
It has now been around 10 days, and I am still waiting for a response from the support team.
The sudden increase in SSD usage happened because I accidentally created multiple backup copies of a directory on the server. I understand the issue and simply need temporary access to the server so I can remove the unnecessary backup files and free up the disk space.
Could someone please temporarily unsuspend the server,
I am ready to immediately clean up the unnecessary files and bring the SSD usage back within the allowed limit.
The prolonged suspension is affecting my websites and services, so I would really appreciate it if someone could look into my support ticket and provide temporary access as soon as possible.
