This is a customer support forum and your problem needs to be raised with netcup support. This is just another netcup customer speaking and I am unable to help you with that problem.
Since you already opened a ticket you have to currently wait longer than normally because there already is a disclaimer on the support page stating that.
If possible please call the emergency support number - or how did you not get an answer on the phone as well?

I opened several support tickets and also tried calling both the regular support number and the emergency number (+49 721 754 0 755 5), but I only get an automated system that disconnects or puts me on a very long hold with no answer. Thank you for answer.

Hello,

I paid invoice nc-5401043 on 26.07.2026 for 216.00 EUR. The status in CCP is "paid".

However, in the Products section it still shows: "You have not ordered any products in this category."

It has already been 4 days since the payment. I have contacted support via tickets and phone, but received no response so far.

Please check and activate/provision the ordered server as soon as possible.
