As a business customer, unlike private customers, you usually don't have a right of withdrawal. You'd really have to rely on netcup's goodwill to get them to cancel that first order for you.

I already have my setup ready
1 × VPS 4000 G12 + 2 × VPS 2000 G12.

I have one more VPS 4000 G12 which is no use for me .

I see that netcup have ownership transfer option so I posted my offerings on swap ownership

Hello everyone,

This is my first time using netcup and not a good start.

I first created an order for 1 × VPS 4000 G12 with monthly billing, but I did not pay that invoice because my requirements changed.

After that, I created a new order for the actual setup I needed: 1 × VPS 4000 G12 + 2 × VPS 2000 G12, also with monthly billing.

When I clicked the payment option for the new 3-server order, I expected only the new order to be paid. However, the old unpaid 1-server order was also charged automatically, even though I no longer needed it.

My account has a company name attached, so I am concerned about the refund/cancellation process.

Has anyone experienced something similar? How is netcup’s refund/support team in this type of case?
