I have the same issue with my RS in NUE / Nürnberg.
My server suddenly entered PAUSED state today. SSH was not responding, and Resume in SCP did not work immediately.
In the SCP log, I do not see any entry showing that I manually paused or suspended the server.
After it became active again, it worked for about 10–15 minutes and then entered PAUSED state again.
