I am following up regarding the disabled server for product v2--– RS 1000 G12 ip iv.
The server has been deactivated for more than 5 hours, and we have not yet received any response to our previous ticket. This issue is affecting our services, and we urgently need temporary access to investigate and remove any malicious files or security issues.
Without server access, we are unable to fix the reported problem.
Provide Disabled Server but have teams response problem. Why..?
