Root server is the same with VDS, not share cpu. i think so

Yes, I understand that some providers disable the display of this "steal" parameter. That's why I monitor it—if it's high, I can consider switching VPS. Of course, even if that parameter doesn't change and stays at 0, but the website is slow—many normal operations that used to be very fast are now slow, despite the CPU being idle—I would still switch VPS. I always want my website to run smoothly.

I don't know what everyone else thinks, but for me, when I see %steal time higher than 5%, I already feel uncomfortable.
