linux server. i think there is a problem with dns resolutions. i have restarted the server about 10 times, the problem still persists. maybe it is a partial problem for some servers. it started about 3 hours ago.
you can try manually config the network info, it worked on my windows server

What are the network settings and are all drivers installed?
If the addresses are obtained via DHCP, it is best to set them up statically and test again.

and one more question, do you know why my windows 10 system can only recognize 4 cores since my server has 12 cores?
