  • Access to SCP panel is forbidden

    Hi,

    I can't access my scp.

    When I hit the SCP Auto-Login button it says: "HTTP Status 403 – Forbidden"

    I can't login to SCP panel directly. It says: "Secure access mode is active for your user. Login is only possible via the Customer Control Panel."

    NOTE: I have a dynamic ip address and it has changed since my last successful login to scp panel from ccp.

    What I've been trying to do:

    - remove cookies and relogin

    - search forum and internet, but unfortunately found nothing on the issue

    - contact support and now am waiting for them to respond

    Any ideas what happened and what can I do about it?
