Ich habe am 27. Dezember 2024 einen VPS bestellt, im Voraus bezahlt und dreimal Support-Tickets verschickt. Aber die Registerkarte „Produkte“ ist noch leer und ich erhalte keine Antwort auf meine Tickets. Gibt es nicht ein automatisiertes System wie whmcs, das Bestellungen sofort bearbeitet? ------------- I ordered a vps and paid in advance on December 27, 2024, sent 3x support tickets. But the Products tab is still empty and I get no answer to my tickets. Isn't there an automated system like whmcs that processes orders directly?
