Hi, i also buyed 4 ip's 13 days ago and i can't ping them from outside, also i can't ping ot using them. I can ping them from other VPS-es inside same datacenter (NEU), so i suppose something is not configured well on Netcup side. I waiting for support 13 days to answer on my ticket. This is not bright side of Netcup helpdesk service.
