i have since a couple of day this message when ever i want to access the mysql database

and it says We are sorry, but a MySQL - error occurred. The administrator may find more information in syslog with the ID d38588ae36092fa24d112bbd5d1d6b91


i have tried many way to solve this problem but i couldnt so please any one has already this problem and can share some help i will appriciate it

actualy i have checked on Froxlor and went to setting and tried to create one but actualy i didnt figure out how , can you be more specific please

sorry that i have to write in english that i can better set my problem

for 2 days i have ordred a Vserver who came with a debian Os as well as apache2 installed

the problem is that i couldnt access to the ftp as well as i didnt got the information for the access to the ftp.

it sounds wired a bit but i would like that somebody help me telling me what i am doing wrong

P.S by reading the FAQ i only understand few things and the conclusion was shall i self install the ftp ?
