I used the satisfaction guarantee to cancel my root server and get a refund. I got confirmation that it was cancelled but there's no refund invoice and it looks like there is one queued all the way out to my next billing date for April. Why do I have to wait one month to get a refund back to my card.

I am unable to install windows. I have tried formatting, windows 2k22, 2k19 and I keep getting this error. Its basically telling me it can't install on this partition / drive. I've tried formatting again, cleaning disk through diskpart, converting it to GPT. nothing seems to work? Ive even tried a secondary server and same error. I am at a loss here.
I went through the virtio driver install and as you can see, it sees drive fine.

Called 3 X and got hung up on as soon as I explained my issue. 4th person supposedly escalated it to right team but it seems I am just getting the runaround. I may have to go to my bank and file a chargeback at this point. Not getting anywhere with support.

I cancelled my server within 24 hours and requested a refund and it credited it to my account rather then paypal (the way I paid). How do I get a refund back through paypal as the original form of payment?

Thought it could be that image but none of their images seem to work. They all produce that same error.

I go through the media wizard to reinstall an OS (in this case ubuntu) and when i get to step 4/4 and click reinstall, I get this error:
The installation could not be started
