I don't think this issue of identity verification is negative. Many people hire servers to do SPAM or mine Bitcoin, etc., practices that most data centers do not accept. I was only scared because it asked for identity verification, I sent my ID and apparently it was denied.

The strange thing is that when this happened there were already 4 servers working perfectly, without any problems so far. I also believe that it is strange to hire several servers in a short space of time, but it is normal for a person who is migrating from a data center. I have such critical problems in another datacenter that I didn't even wait for the promotion on the 25th to hire the servers. I contracted the standard price and configuration due to urgency.

I haven't received a response yet, but they are on schedule to respond. Today I saw that one of the servers I made the request for yesterday was added to the account. I requested 2 more servers today, I hope everything goes well =D

My goal was to find out if anyone else has faced this type of incident. But I've already asked Netcup support for help and I'm waiting.

Thank you everyone for the responses.

I understand, I would like to know if anyone else has had this experience and what happened.

Worrying because I already have clients running on the servers.

As the verification did not pass, even after having already purchased 4 servers that are working very well, my concern is that it will affect something on the servers that are already configured and with clients.

Thanks for the answer. I already sent a message to them. I just wanted to know if anyone else has faced this kind of thing.

I can't buy any more servers on Netcup. I currently have 4 servers. I ordered 4 more servers. My goal is to change the servers I have in other datacenters. Over the course of the month I will have to buy at least 20 servers.

Now I can't buy any more servers. I'm worried if this will cause problems for the servers that are already active. Two invoices have already been paid. I have already sent a message to Netcup. Has anyone else had this type of problem?

"thank you for your order. Our verification provider has rejected your proofs. As we do not have access to your stored data because of data protection reasons, we have to reject your order. Thank you for your understanding."

The other servers I paid with Paypal. But in the validation I verified that it was Stripe that carried out the validation.

    Hallo,

    Hello Lars

There is no email in both inbox and spam.

I changed the email to @gmail so there is no doubt that it is not a problem with my email. I sent the first email asking about offers to migrate 20 servers and received no response.

I only got a response by opening a ticket on the website https://helpcenter.netcup.com/de/support. However, my questions have not yet been answered. Please note that I received the email with login details and order confirmation.

But the other emails that I expected a response from a human I received none. I also did not receive any new information about the orders. I sent an email asking about the coupon offer available on the website. I didn't receive a response either.

I received the order confirmation but there is no server on my panel or invoice available for payment. Everything very confusing. There is no panel showing a service ticket. It's basically using a form to communicate and waiting for someone to get back to you.

If there is a problem with email delivery, there is no way of knowing. At the moment I don't know if the orders made will actually be processed, if an error occurred, if I will still be able to use the coupon redeemed on the website (I didn't receive an email from both the company and gmail).

    Complicated

Is the customer service really as horrible as I'm seeing it or is it just temporary?

I sent emails over 24 hours ago and have not received a response.

Today I opened another ticket and the service was quick, but the one I had before I didn't get a response.

I received emails confirming account opening and validation, order confirmation, but there is no human to respond to the emails sent?

This is because I am planning to move around 25 servers from another datacenter, but if I am having trouble obtaining information for purchase, I imagine the delay in responding regarding problems with technical support.

    https://www.netcup-news.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/dns_records_openpgpkey.png

    Original Post:

    link: https://www.netcup-news.de/2018/09/19/neu…ere-dns-server/

    Zitat

-D Print keys found as SSHFP DNS records. The default is to print keys in a format usable as a

    ssh(1) known_hosts file.

    Hallo,

Beim Mail Test zeigt es mir natürlich nun das an: "Delivered to internal network by a host with no rDNS" HELO und RDNS stimmen nicht überein.

    Code
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386; sudo apt update; sudo apt install curl wget file tar bzip2 gzip unzip bsdmainutils python3 util-linux ca-certificates binutils bc jq tmux netcat lib32gcc-s1 lib32stdc++6 libstdc++5:i386
