They have been overwhelmed with tickets since the Christmas promotion.

On the 27th, they suspended the phone service in an attempt to regularize the service via ticket.

I believe they are receiving a large number of new customers.

To get to the point of limiting the number of servers per user, things are going well and new customers are coming.

I still haven't gotten any word back since Thursday, but with the high volume of orders due to the aforementioned holidays I will wait a few more days and hopefully the support team with get in contact with me.

Did you open a ticket with Stripe or Netcup?

    Netcup.

    I explained the situation.

Then they resolve every order I make, they generate the invoice.

After I pay via Paypal, they release the order.

Stripe rejected my document. Official document issued by the Brazilian government.

The funniest thing is that I used the same email I sell on Stripe. I'm a seller on Stripe with a verified and rejected account. This system is crazy. I opened a ticket with technical support explaining the situation. Now every time I place a new order, the option to pay with Paypal appears.

Fortunately they solved the problem for me. I hope others have success too. Netcup products are too good to be used only by German customers :D

My peace returned after I migrated from a famous company to Netcup. 8)

Happy to have you here :)

What about VPS/root servers in Brazil. Is that market interesting for you?

    ----- In English ----

I have a few servers in Brazil (very few). Some clients are not willing to pay more. The providers that offer them are not very competitive and the vast majority of clients do not want to pay the higher price. In the end, I solve the latency problem with CloudFlare. The problem with servers in Brazil is the cost-benefit ratio. And DDO protection is not very good on most servers in Brazil.

If Netcup could establish itself in Brazil with a configuration similar to the one already present on its website, it would guarantee a good share of the Brazilian market. The current server in Manassas, USA, is a great advantage for Brazilians who are trying to reduce latency, but opt for a data center abroad for price and performance reasons.

I get a ping rate between 90 and 130, which is excellent. Europe is over 200. Local operators in Brazil have very poor routes to abroad [except the USA]. Despite the use of fiber optics, the routes do not help. The problem itself is not in the data centers, but in the quality of the routes that Brazilian providers use.

CloudFlare is proving to be an excellent ally. In my tests, there is currently no data center that compares to the quality and speed of Netcup, especially for those who choose to look for servers in the US because they are closer. For me, servers in Brazil would be ideal to reduce latency as much as possible.

Interestingly, I have been working in the hosting market for over 10 years and have only used German data centers.

@[gelöschtem Individum] Feel free to write in English if that's easier for you. The translated texts into German always read so terribly ^^ Here in the forum, English posts are usually answered in English ;)

Thank you very much for your receptiveness.

I promise to work on being as less boring as possible. :D
