Wie schon gesagt, die Einstellungen sind alle die, die standardmäßig von netcup gemacht wurden, wenn man sich Debian neu installieren lässt mit SysCP. Den Log habe ich doch schon gepostet.

SMTP-Server ist gestartet, habe ihn auch nochmals neu gestartet, selbes Ergebnis.
Habe für SMTP dieselben Daten wie für den Eingangsserver, also die IP meines Servers. Benutzername ist die entsprechende E-Mail Adresse, ist eine ganz normale Anmeldung ohne spezielle Einstellungen wie SPA.Zum Einsatz kommt SysCP und ja, über POP3 funktioniert alles ohne Probleme.

Ich nutze dieses Thema nun für ein weiteres Problem, das vielleicht in diesem Zusammenhang auftritt.
So kann ich mich über IMAP zwar anmelden, aber mit den Standardeinstellungen aus Outlook keine Testmail versenden. In Outlook ist es ganz egal, welche Einstellungen ich nehme, es funktioniert nie. -
Ich habe alles gemacht, wie es mir per SysCP angeordnet wurde, allerdings bekomme ich einen Fehler beim SMTP-Server.
Das steht in der mail.info:
Zitatwarning: SASL authentication failure: realm change$changed: authentication aborted
Somit kann ich mich nicht einloggen und keine E-Mails versenden. Das Empfangen funktioniert ohne Probleme.
Was könnte ich hier machen?
