Hi ArtCore7, Hi jeekajoo,

yes let's hope it get fixed by the update. It is quite unfortunate if you have two issues within less than a week as a new customer. That is scary.

Hi all,

Second day with netcup, second issue. I try to login to the webhosting system but get the following error:

Has anyone similar issues?

Hi jeekajoo , I just tried it again and it seems to be fixed now. I hope for you as well.

I already created a suppport ticket. Now I have to wait. To me it seems like it is connected to static files. Somehow CSS, JS and HTML pages cause an error (404). Dynamic pages are working.

Could be the same issue as here: https://forum.netcup.de/anwendung/wcp-…estellt-werden/

Probably a server issue: https://forum.netcup.de/anwendung/wcp-…den/#post155322

Same issue for me, it is really frustrating that to have troubles with that.
