I also had problems with the image installation (ubuntu_20.04_cloudinit_gpt_20200924.qcow2 minimal) and a kernel panic.
Since the web interface and the support did not react immediately, I tried the Android app. Lo and behold, there you can perform a Force Restart and Force Stop. Even when the campaign is running.
Currently a good workaround. It should work that way in the SCP
Does this help to actually fix the installing problem, or just manage your server until then (I don't even have a password to log in anyways)? I restarted the server (turned off & on again) via the app but it's still stuck "installing" my image. Not sure what to do, any help appreciated.
