I'm just am asking for is for the ISO image to be available, they don't need to have VPSs available for that.

You like to set a UUID of your choice - OK. But why? Don't you think netcup's generated UUIDs arent unique?
If you think your Windows-License is tied to this Identifyer: Are you using IOT-Licenses, or what type of license is it you think is tied to the UUID?
Yes it is for Windows license. I have a Windows license in my VMWare image and want to move it to Netcup's VPS. I am wondering how to set the UUID in the Netcup's VPS.

I see. AFAIK, the Server Control Panel (SCP) does not allow you to access (let alone explicitly modify) this UUID/setting. Your only hope is to file a support request in this case.

Are you referring to the contents of /etc/machine-id by chance? This can be regenerated using systemd-machine-id-setup.
