Well, Swift Panel is more than 10 years old and they recommend using CentOS 5 (which is so old that it may legally buy alcohol in Germany by now My bad, it's only been 13 years since release).
Do you really need a panel? I read in another topic that you want to host Counter-Strike 1.6 servers. You can easily install that via SteamCMD. Here is a simple tutorial: https://ixnfo.com/en/launching…-1-6-server-on-linux.html (I haven't tested it. But if you follow that, do NOT install Steam as root, but create a separate user for that!)

AFAIK CentOS 7 only comes with php5 by default
I forgot to mention that the tutorial I have linked is based on Debian/Ubuntu instead of CentOS
What about LinuxGSM? I don‘t know whether it includes a web panel, however it supports current distributions and CS1.6.
It seems like you do not have experience with Linux, maybe you should look for a game server hosting service instead?
What distribution are you using, btw? CentOS 7?
You can change the default charset in your my.cnf if that helps... however I doubt that a 10+ year old panel works fine with current distributions.
I fixed about 10 problems and this is the last stage i need to pass to get that into installation of that panel, just dont know why it gives me this error when im trying to connect to mysql database
Maybe 10 years ago UTF8 wasn't a thing yet - and you created the database with another collation than needed by the script
That things wants PHP 5.2.8 to run and is probably written for 5.2.8 - which is from 2008 - I would not have high hopes for that.
