Are you sure, you have the knowledge operating a Windows Server? Please note: Configuring the Services and the Firewall in a secure way is a real challenge and requires deep knowledge and years of dedicated education. It is way more complicated than a Linux Server. Seeing your Questions here, I fear, your server will only survive minutes before it gets hacked.
