    May I ask why the phone has been unreachable recently? It is valid when dialing other numbers. My problem has been unresolved for two months, and the work orders and emails are still answered repeatedly. I am not sure how to solve the problem, and even a slightly effective phone call cannot be answered now. Have you set up a blacklist?

    Thank you for your kindness. I have changed my phone and lost my 2FA authentication. Netcup wants to send me a letter in such a primitive way in 2024, which is really unimaginable. Due to customs and other reasons abroad, I cannot receive physical letters. I explained to Netcup that I could not receive physical letters, but to no avail. After almost two months of repeated attempts, the problem still has not been solved

    That is the default way in Europe (especially Germany), it is also standard for (health) insurances and government processes.

    They have tried changing the verification process via Stripe, but even then customers are unhappy.


    Nevertheless:

    Do you have a backup of your phone available? Do you have a backup of the 2FA credentials available?

    Does your 2FA app syncs with the cloud somehow? (Google Authenticator does, but I'm not sure what app you are using in China?)


    It's understandable that you are angry, however I don't think that accusations and blind venting in the Forums are helpful to your situation.
