Error (Single Sign Key) While Placing Order

I am an existing customer recently joined NetCup during Black Week Sales (Web Hosting Plan)

Later, I tried to place another order on NetCup from the Black Friday till Today's Sale.

After adding a VPS to my cart, When I select "Already A Customer" > "Sign In."

After logging in with my credentials and entering the OTP, I encounter the following error message: "Single Sign Key Error."

This issue occurred multiple times on Black Friday more than 10 times. As a result, I had to place the order as a new customer. Unfortunately, your team ignored the order twice on Black Friday.

What should I do now? How can I buy the VPS today?

Please provide a solution.

I figured it out, This issue is happening only when i activate 2-Factor Authentication. Now i disabled it, so i can place order now.

Please try the following things:

Delete the website data and/or try a different web browser/device. Possibly also another network. Also, please make sure that you don't use a proxy or something that changes your IP address during the process.

If it still persists, please contact support and tell us that you have checked this and which browser and version you are using.

I managed to place order but i received 2 servers instead of 1.

I don't know how that Black Week Offer Server (BW24) came here in order. I am 100% sure that i added only 1 server.

Can i cancel that extra server immediately without paying anything or I should pay full month?
