Is the customer service really as horrible as I'm seeing it or is it just temporary?
I sent emails over 24 hours ago and have not received a response.
Today I opened another ticket and the service was quick, but the one I had before I didn't get a response.
I received emails confirming account opening and validation, order confirmation, but there is no human to respond to the emails sent?
This is because I am planning to move around 25 servers from another datacenter, but if I am having trouble obtaining information for purchase, I imagine the delay in responding regarding problems with technical support.
