Delay in responding to emails

  • Is the customer service really as horrible as I'm seeing it or is it just temporary?


    I sent emails over 24 hours ago and have not received a response.


    Today I opened another ticket and the service was quick, but the one I had before I didn't get a response.


    I received emails confirming account opening and validation, order confirmation, but there is no human to respond to the emails sent?


    This is because I am planning to move around 25 servers from another datacenter, but if I am having trouble obtaining information for purchase, I imagine the delay in responding regarding problems with technical support.

    I have just looked into this and can see that our support team responded to your messages within a bit more than 12 hours (your request was sent late in the evening, so it was answered this morning).


    Please check again, maybe our answers ended up in your spam folder.

    There is no email in both inbox and spam.


    I changed the email to @gmail so there is no doubt that it is not a problem with my email. I sent the first email asking about offers to migrate 20 servers and received no response.


    I only got a response by opening a ticket on the website https://helpcenter.netcup.com/de/support. However, my questions have not yet been answered. Please note that I received the email with login details and order confirmation.


    But the other emails that I expected a response from a human I received none. I also did not receive any new information about the orders. I sent an email asking about the coupon offer available on the website. I didn't receive a response either.


    I received the order confirmation but there is no server on my panel or invoice available for payment. Everything very confusing. There is no panel showing a service ticket. It's basically using a form to communicate and waiting for someone to get back to you.


    If there is a problem with email delivery, there is no way of knowing. At the moment I don't know if the orders made will actually be processed, if an error occurred, if I will still be able to use the coupon redeemed on the website (I didn't receive an email from both the company and gmail).
