what does this 'iv' means in the upgrade options? I haven't find any specification on netcup website.

Thank you. I see. Interesting. I find no way to click to the international version from the home page now. My current contract is with iv but I resident in Germany and the registered address is also in Germany. Is this because I chose English as the interface language?

You get the iv products if you order from netcup.eu, so yes, I think it's just a matter of localization.
