how i active hourly bill?
i paid vps server but ip is not clean then i cancelled vps.
is cost monthly price for me? or only cost used times?

Good morning. The VPS is paid in advance, but still billed per hour.
If the VPS is cancelled, the balance will be refunded by the hour.

Hello,
you pay as long as you rent the VPS. There is no difference in used or not.
So if your VPS is down you will get billes too.
