ispcp

Hallo ich habe derzeit ein Problem mit ispcp,
Wenn ich ein cms oder sonstiges installieren möchte dann die adresse aufrufe http://ls-center.total-hosting.eu/ oder http://ls-center.total-hosting.eu/install.php
komme ich nicht zu der intstallation.
obwohl die datein vorhanden sind wordarn liegt das?

Jetzt hat sich leider ein neues Problem aufgetahen immer wenn ich über den Resseler acounnt ein neuen Webspace einrichte funktoniert das andere nicht mehr oder htdocs fehlt woran liegt das?
