Ordered a new server for client

    Hey guys. I recently got an account with netcup got a root server which has been spectacular. I got a client who also wanted a vps and I advised them to go for it. Unfortunately they processed payments and everything but they haven't received the server. They are getting worried and I too as a service provider to them am getting worried since mine was approved almost in a few hours. Any advise guys since their time to go take their product live is fast approaching(in a few days).

    It's weekend in Germany so you might get the server on Monday, but please keep in mind that there could be a shortage of available servers and the verification of your client's account might also take a while.

    This is a customer forum where you only get answers from customers, mostly.

    So unfortunately no advise from my side, but to just wait a bit.

    Thank you for the answer mate. Verification was done on yester evening. I will be patient and since its a weekend my clients are also up and running about. Will check back on Monday afternoon.
