I have a root server. Only the disk space is not right. That is why my database no longer starts. I should have 60gb how can I fix this.
I get this Usage of /: 98.3% of 8.79GB

Did you partion the server by yourself? Or is this after a fresh install?

Hint: Just boot the GParted ISO and increase the size of your rootfs partition.
