What is the difference between G11 12M & G11 IV 12M?

So, I have RS2000 G11 12M. On the upgrade page it shows an option to move to RS2000 G11 IV 12M. When I select it, I can see no difference between what I currently have vs what it reflects in the selected one. What exactly is the difference here? Also, is there any good to upgrade from my current one to the shown one?

My current location is Nürnberg.

Thanks, that explains. Just one question. If I switch, will that change my IP? Honestly, I love the current IP, and it is not blacklisted at least.
