What are the network settings and are all drivers installed?
If the addresses are obtained via DHCP, it is best to set them up statically and test again.

Same problem for me (RS 2000 G11)
Does it work with the static setup?
If not, please contact netcup. If it is urgent, there is the possibility of emergency support.
My root server was working for about 3 months without any problem. But today internet connection problem occured. I can't access server via ssh, just only with SCP VNC Console. When i try to ping any domain i get error, i can't do speedtest or git pull operations.

It is possible that netcup is having problems with the distribution via DHCP.
This could be the reason if your network is set up in this way.
If your network is set up statically and it does not work, further research is required.

linux server. i think there is a problem with dns resolutions. i have restarted the server about 10 times, the problem still persists. maybe it is a partial problem for some servers. it started about 3 hours ago.
Which DNS servers are used? You do not have to explicitly use those from netcup.
If this is the case, simply use another DNS server of your choice.

The support team hasn't gotten back to me yet. They'll probably get back to me tomorrow. I'm looking to see if I can come up with a solution myself. I wonder if changing the network driver will help?
A change of driver could help solve the problem. However, you have not yet explained how your network is set up.

I can not modify /etc/resolv.conf file.
