i need some help

i am not familiar with net cup and how things work around here.

first i ordered one VPS 200 G10s iv, but they invoiced me for 6 of them, right now i am trying to fix that.

how can i start using my server? in other hostings you can clearly see the section for it. i might be looking at the wrong place so can you guys give me a broad step by step view on how to access my server?

i see no SSH key, i see no option as to what OS is installed.

if someone could help me here it would be great.

i cannot find anything in CCP regarding my servers. there is nothing there.

i have a good amount of pro experience with computers and programming but i have never worked with servers before. there is a first time for everything.

i want to use it as a VPN which is not particularly complex to do.

Regarding accessing your server, you should have gotten an e-mail with information on how to do that.

Check your E-Mail Spam folder.
Maybe the server is not yet setup for you, so you have to wait until it is, but normally this should not take a long time.

Otherwise maybe you should contact Netcup support.

Most things you asked should be self-explanatory just by looking at the available sections in the ServerControlPanel (SCP).

yep i though the 6 month billing is optional not mandatory.

i have received the CCP Email, but not the SCP Email.

i though that everything that i needed to do was in CCP and when i couldnt find what i needed i thought that something is wrong.

i am pretty sure that i can handle the rest in SCP IF i can access it because they have not sent me the email with my user and pass yet.
