I have accidently deleted my gameserver using "rm -rf" Is there a possible way to revert it?

That one is called a learning curve.
Sometimes the file blocks keep allocated, but you have to look for special file signatures. I don't think that kind of work is suitable for a gameserver.
You are better of by replaying a backup of your gameserver files.

I don't have a backup thats the issue, I have contacted netcup in hope that they can revert my server back in a day or something.

In that case the files couldn't be that important, could they?

Sorry man, netcup doesn't happen to have a snapshot from the other day - unless you explicitly create one.
No backup, no sympathy.
Just move on and rebuild that server - and create a backup regularly.

Depending on the type of your Server, NC has an backup. Ask the Support. They store it just a few Days. Rescue has to be Paid.
Else you can try Photorec with the Rescuesystem.

Try testdisk: https://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk
Depends on your filesystem if you have the chance to get some files back

Next time: create backups regularly!
rsnapshot, borg, etc.
