Network connection configuration problems

I'm having trouble setting up the network on Debian 10, could somebody inform me about what is miss-configured? Thank you!

I mean Internet access from inside the VM, pinging to 8.8.8.8 doesnt work.

Alright I tried the Windows ISO and internet does work there, after installing the NetKVM driver.

Now I tried the CentOS ISO and it gives me the same issue (after setting up the interface the IP settings are the same as in Debian as well).

I am following the guide to start the rescue system:

Changed the boot order, then enabled the rescue system, then stopped and started the VM.

But when I look at the output it doesnt seem to start, it just falls back to the hard disk.

That looks like a problem with the servers network device (likely it doesn't receive a network address from the DHCP server, so it can't auto-configure).

Does the problem persist when you switch the network from virtio to e1000 in the SCP?

If yes, then contact support.
